Requirement
Frank Knight, Commercial Property Managers of this building had been suffering water ingress regularly over the past years causing the tenants obvious problems. The existing area was old hot porous bituminous topping which had dried out and was cracked all over in some areas up to 20mm wide.

Healesville Green Roof - VIC:

Requirement
Yarra Valley Council required a waterproofing solution for their re-firbishment of this amenities block in the main street at Healesville. The green roof to be applied to a section of it required a tough and root resistant membrane for long term security. The Sika Sarnafil ticked all of the requirements and more. The systemic approach to drainage, terminations and joins gave the local government office total confidence. Trained and certified contractors worked closely with the builder to give a great result.

Richmond Football Club - Dry basement for Lift Pit & Water Tank:

Requirement
The below grade excavation for the lift pit and water tanks needed the very best booting available. Major structures above these areas would make any water ingress damage difficult to deal with.
Also the wearing slabs for the plant equipment on the roof, are fully exposed and need to be very waterproof. So Sika Sarnafil was implemented, loose laid over a blinding slab and subsequently concreted over.
